Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Inspection Before Receipt

You have the right to inspect the product before accepting it. If you are not satisfied, you may refuse delivery without paying any fees at all.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  1. The product must be unused and in its complete original packaging.
  2. If the product has already been received and a return or exchange is requested afterwards, the customer covers the return shipping fee.

Refund or Exchange

You may choose either a refund of the product value or an exchange for another product, once the returned item is received and confirmed to meet the conditions above.

Manufacturing Defects
