At Di Pelle, we are committed to returning your money in full once the return conditions are met. Below are the details of our refund process.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of the date of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its complete original packaging.

Refund Amount

  1. The product value is refunded to you after we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions.
  2. If you have already received the product and then request a return, the customer covers the return shipping fee.
  3. If delivery is refused at the door (before receiving the product), no fees are charged at all.

Refund Method

Refund Timeframe
