At Di Pelle, we are committed to returning your money in full once the return conditions are met. Below are the details of our refund process.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 30 days of the date of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its complete original packaging.
Refund Amount
- The product value is refunded to you after we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions.
- If you have already received the product and then request a return, the customer covers the return shipping fee.
- If delivery is refused at the door (before receiving the product), no fees are charged at all.
Refund Method
