Cancellation Policy

Below we explain how to cancel your order before or after shipping.

Cancelling Before Shipping

You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet shipped, and at no charge. Cancellation is done through the website or via WhatsApp.

After the Order Has Shipped

If the order has already shipped, you can simply refuse delivery from the courier at no charge.

Cash-on-Delivery Orders

For Cash-on-Delivery orders within Egypt, you may refuse delivery at the door without paying any fees.

Prepaid Orders (International)

If a prepaid order is cancelled, the amount is refunded according to our applicable Refund Policy.
