This Privacy Policy explains how Di Pelle™ ("Di Pelle", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit https://dipelle.net, place an order, contact us, or otherwise interact with our services.

  1. Order and account information: name, mobile number, email address, delivery address (governorate, city, street, building details), and order notes.
  2. Payment confirmation: for offline payments (such as InstaPay or Vodafone Cash), the payment proof or reference you upload. We do not collect or store full card numbers; card payments are processed by our payment provider.
  3. Size requests: when a size you need is not available, the dimensions you enter and your mobile number, only after you give consent, so we can notify you when a suitable size is available.
  4. Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe.
  5. Communications: messages you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp, the contact form, or social media, and product reviews you choose to publish.

1.2 Information collected automatically

  1. Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, products viewed or added to cart, referring pages, and time spent on the site.
  2. Cookies and similar technologies: used for the shopping cart, language preference, security, analytics, and advertising measurement (see Section 5).

1.3 Information from third parties

  1. Shipping status from our courier (such as delivery confirmation or return status).
  2. Advertising and analytics platforms (such as Meta and Google) may share aggregated or measurement data about the performance of our ads.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How we share your information

We share personal information only as needed to run our business:

  1. Shipping and delivery partners (such as Speedaf): name, phone number, and delivery address to deliver your order.
  2. Payment providers: to process and verify payments.
  3. Business systems we use: our order management and ERP system, email and hosting providers, and security providers (such as Cloudflare), which process data on our behalf.
  4. Communication services: WhatsApp and email services used to contact you about your order.
  5. Analytics and advertising partners: Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads) and Meta (Meta Pixel and Conversions API). These partners may receive device data, browsing events, and — for ad measurement — hashed contact details.
  6. Legal reasons: when required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.

4. Google API Services

Our internal tools use Google APIs — Google Search Console API and Google Ads API (Keyword Planning) — to analyze search performance of our own website and research keywords for our own product pages.

  1. These tools access only data belonging to Di Pelle's own Google accounts.
  2. They do not access, request, or store any personal data from our customers' or visitors' Google accounts.
  3. Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to improve the content of dipelle.net, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties.
  4. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Cookies

We use:

  1. Essential cookies: required for the cart, checkout, language, and security.
  2. Analytics cookies: to understand how visitors use the site (Google Analytics).
  3. Advertising cookies: to measure and improve ads (Meta Pixel, Google Ads).

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the cart and checkout from working.

6. Data retention

  1. Order and invoice records: kept as long as required for accounting, tax, warranty, and legal purposes.
  2. Size requests: kept until the request is fulfilled or closed, then deleted within 12 months.
